In partnership with its Core Partner institutions, OUP created a license terms database for recent startup licenses. As part of your institution's relationship with OUP, you have access to aggregated, blinded information contained in this database.
To access the database as a partner institution, the information is provided via a phone call.
We need to have at least 4 licenses to provide information. The terms we provide are an average as well as a 25th and 75th percentile number for the upfronts, equity, anti-dilution, gross milestones, sublicensing, earned royalties, annual minimums, and change of control fees.
